1) Automatic control system with “non-cap or lack of cap”:
Whole machine multi point detection through optical sensors monitor the locking
position, ensure that enter or out without barrel or cap, plug,
barrel tipping and inaccurate positioning to suspend work.
2) "Electro-optical sensors, Mechatronics and capping screwing
linkage" automatic control system:
After filling pails enter capping area,run to “capper” flat cap,
then run the “capper” position to tightened tight fit. Screw head
was controlled by cylinder, the force and tightness can be
adjusted. Screwing will not harm the cap to avoid damaging caps.
3) “Security operation” protective device
“security operation protective shield” made of stainless steel and
acrylic protect workers’ safe.
