capping for pop-top cans,which are made of tinplate, aluminum and
PET material.It has functions of lifting the cans automatically,
reverse automatically, washing automatically and filling capping.

Features
1. Slideway can washing machine
The front can turning- over cutter cage of the washer is connected
with the rapid transportation of the unpiler .
The empty cans that come from the can turning-over machine have a
90°turn. Then the can entering the washing tank of the empty can
wash by the opening downward. There is a spray tube on the bottom
of the tank and 12 nozzles that can spray 850mm clean water column.
The back of the tank is the drain part. The water, which sprayed
into the empty can flow back the tank, then the
wastewater.discharged by the discharge pipes. After cleaning the
empty can have a 90°turn by the back can turning-over machine, then
the can entering the feed conveyor belt by opening upward.
2. Filling and sealing machine
This filling and sealing machine adopt single- room filling valve,
thus there is no air bubbles while filling. The two heavy curling
spinning shapes the sealing that is controlled by the frequency
controller, having the characteristics of calmly filling, high
speed, stable liquid level, no can no filling, stepless speed
adjusting,etc. It is fit for all kinds of pull-tab cans.

Installation
After the equipment arrived buyer's , workshop, the buyer should
take it's place for each equipment according to the supplied ;
layout; the seller l will d send the experienced technician to
guide the installation and debugging and trail ,production, and
fulfill the designed capability within the designed time. The
installation, debugging and g training is about 7 days.
Training
The seller will supply technical training to the buyer. The
training is includes: equipment structure and maintenance, control
and operation. After training, the technicians of the buyer will
grasp relevant operation and maintenance skills, and could adjust
the technologies more skilled, and can deal with all kinds of
