The water filling machine can be 3 in 1 monobloc, including bottle
rinsing, filling, capping. It can also be matched with other
machines like carton packing machines, labeling machines and date
printing machine and palletizer to form one whole line.

4. Rinser/ Filler/ Capper Monobloc Introduction:
a. Rinser: Rotary; Bottle grippers on starwheel and washing water
nozzles equipped; CIP system;
(Gripped bottle are turned over and mouth centred above the nozzle
spraying water into the bottle, after
which bottles are turned to original position.)
b. Filler: Removable filling valves made of food-grade stainless
steel and erode-resistant seal ring;
c. Capper: Rotary; Consists of cap hopper, cap feeder and
cam-actuating capping heads (Able to raise or lower by a follower
riding on a shaped cam).
(P.S.: For different bottles, parts of the monobloc should be
changed.)
