Beverage Co2 / Carbonated Drink Mixer (carbonated drinks mixer)is
used for producing all
carbonated beverages (water, syrup, and CO2 mixing), for example
lemon, coca cola, fruits juice
and so on. It is the main equipment in whole beverage production
line. (Especially for middle and
higher standard beverage production).
Products Structure and Working Procedur
(1). CO2 tank, syrup tank, liquid level device, static mixing
device, tank, electrical controlling
system, air providing tank, and necessary producing pipe and
cleaning pipe including ball valve,
magnetism valve, check valve are composed this machine. (See photo
1: main structure)
(2). Main working Procedure
a. Cooling water→multi-grade pump→oxygenating CO2→volume control
b. Cooling syrup→multi-grade pump→syrup tank→volume control
(a and b → multi-grade pump→static mixing device→
c. CO2 air resource→filter and pressure reducing→ tank→filling
