1. YGF18-6 oil filling /capping 2in1 machine is capable for bottle
volumes from 250ml to 2000ml.
2. It is with liquid crystal display, precise quantitative filling
volume, and no leakage. There is overload
clutch protection device at the star wheels of bottle in-feed and
out-feed, so the machine will automatically
stop and alarm if abnormal case happens.
3. It works stably, fills precisely, and suits for cold and hot
filling.it is a high efficient and high intellectual oil
filling and capping machine.

The piston and piston barrel after the treatment of top technology
cooperate accurately, durable and
wearable. It is equipped with material stirring system, three point
liquid level control, frequency conversion
adjustment, bottle in and out protection, automatic speed
adjustment, filling with bottle and no filling
without bottles. It adopts good stainless steel material, which
meet the requirement of food sanitation.
Vacuum pump can make sure there is no dripping oil on bottle body
or machine surface, keep the bottle
and machine clean.

1) Our filling accuracy ≦0.5%;
2) The filling part is cover with organic glass;
3) the machine whole part is food grade, we adopt 304SUS.
4) We adopt stepless speed changing motor.
